DRINKING WATER ASSISTANCE
If anyone is unable or has difficulty boiling water during the Boil Order, the Village will provide bottled drinking water. Please call 309-370-2234 and water will be delivered if needed. Please share and check on elderly neighbors and friends to make sure they are aware of the Boil Order and this assistance. The Boil Order will remain in effect until at least Wednesday morning, pending testing and approval.

BOIL ORDER NOTICE
March 5, 2026
Due to electrical power surges earlier this week and this morning, the pump for our Main Well has failed. Until further notice, please boil all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or making ice. Bring water to a rolling boil for at least 1 minute before using. The Village is currently working with engineers and contractors to restore the system. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.Thank you for your patience.
