Monday, August 10, 2026 4:21 p.m. Water service has been restored. The Village is now under a Boil Order until further notice. During the boil order, water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, or preparing food should be brought to a rolling boil for at least 5 minutes and allowed to cool before use. Please also be advised that the water will be shut off again tomorrow morning, August 11, 2026, as crews continue the necessary work. At this time, we do not have an estimate for how long the water will be off. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this work is being completed.
