Calvary Baptist Church will be at Gazebo Park in Yates City on Monday, October 27th, from 12:30–2:00 PM, handing out free Bibles to anyone who’d like one. Stop by, say hi, and pick up a Bible to take home. Everyone’s welcome!

Yates City Halloween Festivities! The Village of Yates City has set official Trick-or-Treating hours for: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, October 31st

Parents are encouraged to accompany children, and the use of flashlights or other illuminated devices is strongly recommended for safety. Residents wishing to participate, please leave your porch light on. We wish everyone a safe, fun, and spooktacular Halloween!

Harvest Home Dinner

Harvest Home Dinners are hosted by the Yates City Harvest Home Planning Committee on the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Yates City Community Center, in Yates City, IL. They serve from 4:30pm-6:30pm (or until sold out). Dinners are the primary fundraiser for the carnival rides and games, entertainment, and food for the annual Harvest Home Festival that takes place on the 3rd Friday & Saturday of August every year. Meals are $13.00. Kid Portions $7.00 Dine-In or Carry-Out.
